Terms of Service

The agreement for using FeedPilot.

Last updated 2 June 2026. Version 0.1 (pre-launch draft).

Draft for legal review before public launch

These Terms govern your use of the FeedPilot browser extension, companion software, and website (the "Service"). FeedPilot is in pre-launch; the operating legal entity will be confirmed before paid launch. By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What FeedPilot is

FeedPilot is a user-controlled assistant that runs in your own browser session. It reads the feed you are already viewing and, only with the permissions you grant, sends transparent signals such as liking or moving on. You stay logged in to your own accounts; we do not operate your accounts for you.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for your own personal accounts and within the rules of the platforms you visit.
  • Do not use the Service to spam, harass, evade platform protections, or break any law.
  • Do not resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass usage limits or billing.
  • You are responsible for the goals you set and the autonomy level you enable.

Third-party platforms

FeedPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, or any other platform. Those platforms have their own terms, and your use of them remains subject to those terms. Platform interfaces can change and may affect how the Service works.

Accounts, plans, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT where applicable.
  • Each plan includes a monthly compute budget. Usage credits, if you enable them, bill only for compute beyond your plan within a cap you set, and are off by default.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required.

No professional advice

FeedPilot helps you steer your own attention. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Safety-sensitive goals (for example well-being or parental controls) are tools to support you, not a substitute for professional care or human judgment.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI classification can be wrong and may miss or mislabel content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified, and the version and date above will be updated. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
